Much Fruit

he Fruit of the Spirit

Should be found,

In every Christians life.Galatians 5:22-23

For if these things

In us abound,

The Father's name

Is glorified.John 15:8

But,

Will God bequeath us

Peace of mind,

Or buoy our faith

Or make us kind,

If we only offer up

A rushed or shallow prayer

From time to time?

Or is there something

To be said

About sincerity?

And a spirit of humility?

And the earnestness,

With which we pray

And seek?

leepy streets yawned,

And darkened houses

Dreamed on,

As Jesus,

And eleven pensive men

Passed by,

Softly walking

On the shadows

Of the night.

And yet even though

Gethsemane,

They could faintly see

In feeble light,

For reasons only

Jesus knew,

Judas,

Was nowhere in sight.John 18:1-3

Which meant,

That it was almost all

But over now.

His hour,

Had nearly come.Matthew 26:45-47
